#6 sitris and riff machine
for this prodject we used the sitris and the riff machine. those are two really cool tools to use in fl studio. these to things made this whole class more interesting because i actally created a beat that i enjoy listening to.i like to use sitris because i can control the sound. like haveing one sound go from low to high wile the beat is being played.i like useing the riff machine also but i like it even more when i chop the beat after i think i might have something good.i liked working with the sie wave sign wave synth because i like how i can utalize the pitch bend iin my pattern.in sitris i also found out how to use volume and envolope. i also created a kick drum patern in this prodject also.

ReplyDeleteThis loop was really good, wicked catchy. I just think it was too short since it had to be 32 measures long but overall it was good.
ReplyDeleteRachel is right. I hear 2 A sections, but no B section here.
ReplyDeleteAlso, I think this piece is crying out for bass and your drums could come up in the mix. Your post does not mention any of the synths that you used or how you designed them.
